Online Shopping Policy
• Email confirmation after placing an order should be received to complete an order.
• Shipping period will immediately follow the processing period.
• Please note that if you provide different billing and shipping names and addresses, we will contact you for verification and may be necessary to sign an approval letter.
• For security purposes, we reserve the right to cancel fraud-suspected orders without notification.
• Orders placed before 12pm will be processed on the same day and after 12pm may be processed on the following Monday.
• UNDERGARMENTS, BODYSUITS, BELTS, PURSES, ACCESSORIES, PARTY WEAR AND ITEMS THAT ARE MARKED AS SALE ARE CONSISDERED NON REFUNDABLE ITEMS.
• Please return items in their original condition.
• They must NOT be worn or washed with tags remain attached.
• Shoes must be back in their original box. The box is part of the product which should also be in a good condition upon returns.
• We will NOT accept items that have the slightest deodorant stain, makeup stain or odor. If the returned item does not pass our inspection, we will send it back to you and apply another shipping fee.
• We NO DO NOT process exchanges!
• Items can now ONLY be refunded within 21 days after the receipt of your package.
• Complete and detach the return slip from the bottom of the invoice.
• There is a $6 fee if you use our UPS Return Service Label.
• Retail store exchanges (not refunds) will be allowed upon phone request through our corporate office.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for us to receive the returned package and another 3-5 business days to process the exchange/refund request.
Paypal Payment Method
* Make sure you have enough funds in your PayPal account before placing an order or your transaction will not be accepted and no email confirmation will be issued.
* We do not accept E-Checks. We will cancel any order with an attempt of using E-checks.
* We have a very fast inventory turnover. Our products are sold very quickly while new items arrive.
Please understand that the item you ordered is not guaranteed it is available. For 100% assurance, we advise that you contact us.
* You will be notified for out-of-stock item(s); incase you want an alternate size/color or a completely different item.
* We will proceed with a refund if you do not want a replacement (even without your responses).
Order Modification or Cancellation
* A restocking fee of 15% will apply to cancel an order.
* For domestic customers, if you cancel after the order has been shipped out, you will be responsible for the package interception fee. Refunds will be issued once the package arrives back to us.
* If you wish to make changes to your delivery information (i.e. shipping address) while the package is in transit, there will be a $20 fee for UPS to modify the request.
We use UPS and USPS as our shipping carriers for the U.S destinations (all 50 states not including U.S territories); therefore, we do not accept P.O. Box addresses.
* If you prefer to receive your purchase by a certain date, please leave us a short message in the comment box at time of checkout. We will contact you if a shipping upgrade is necessary.
* For an estimate arrival date and shipping suggestions, please contact us.
* Some UPS/USPS drivers will drop off the package at the Front Door if no one is present to retrieve it. Please notify us if you prefer to leave the package at a specific area around (backyard) or near your home (apartment office). For signature required delivery there will be an additional $3.50 charge to your shipping fee.
* For lost packages, we recommend that you immediately check around your property carefully before you notify us. Please understand it is not our responsibility when a package is lost. We will do our best to help you trace the package through UPS.
* Orders placed after Thursday 12P.M. may not be shipped until the following Monday (considering the processing period may take up to 2 business days).
* Shipping rates can be determined at the checkout page, which will reflect on the weight of the package and the distance from Las Vegas, NV.
Refused or Undelivered Packages
* A restocking fee of 15% will apply on all refused packages (orders that were delivered but you no longer want).
* There will also be a $6 return shipping fee for all refused or undeliverable packages but may vary for international order.
* In order to reship these packages, there will be a repeated shipping fee from the original order.
