Yes. Shoes must be back in their original box. The box is part of the product, which should also be in a good condition upon returns.
We will NOT accept items that have the slightest deodorant stain, makeup stain or odor. If the returned item does not pass our inspection, we will send it back to you and apply another shipping fee.

Some UPS drivers will drop off the package at the Front Door if no one is present to retrieve it. Please notify us if you prefer to leave the package at a specific area; around (backyard) or near your home (apartment office).
